Studio Story
Studio 205 has had many lives since it was built in ‘76. Originally it was built as a Casey’s who a few years later added on to the East side a kitchen for making pizzas and sandwiches.
In 2000, the building was sold to a limousine company who would park 1-2 inside the building by entering the garage door to the West.
Then, in 2017, the building was privately owned and used for a metal fabrication business.
Finally, in 2022, a couple rednecks purchased the building with the dream of using it as their recording studio for their unexpected podcast success. The building was completely gutted, redesigned, and is now home to not only one of the only recording studios in the county but also a venue space for making memories.
Wanna hear something crazy?
During demo, we found a 200 lb. safe in the floor and it took us weeks to be able to pry it open. We posted the journey on YouTube and it went viral. If you need a good laugh and want to know what we found inside, check it out.
